You get this after turning the head of Broodlord

Actually the head of the broodlord is turned in and that person becomes and Agent of Nozdormu, the Agent then has to collect 200 Silithid Carapace Fragments and they receive a Proxy of Nozdormu, and then they can Deputize another player to collect the carapaces. I'm not sure if the deputy can turn in the carapaces or not. I think only the Agent. Anyone know otherwise?

where and who do I get this from? Wha quest has to be done to get this?

Is it possible for someone to deputize you against your will? Can you remove it like a buff or something if you're planning to go for the scepter yourself?

Also, can you deputize a MC'd target of the opposite faction?

One time use or you can deputy as many as needed so after 3 more turn ins, you can deputize whole party?
