Ok please stop posting who you got it from people its a world drop the only thing that matters is the mobs level. This information and the price is already on the site no reason to post a comment on it. If you really want to help get the wowhead looter and show everyone who it dropped off that way.

I can amagine that most people want there own twink but they didnt have enough money! I can show how to make a twink who isnt very very expensive, but he is powerfull!
I make an example for a rogue twink :

Main-Hand - Cruel Barb or Stinging viper cuz theyre BoP and they wont cost ya anything! Enchanted with Striking.

Off-Hand - Cruel Barb, also enchanted with Striking.

Ranged - Venomsrike or Thick bronze darts.

Head - Green tinted goggles, if you dont wanna lvl ur engineering you can just use flying tiger goggles cuz the first lvls with engi are going mostly very quik!

Neck - Scouts/Sentinells medaillon.

Chest - Blackened defias armor or Tunic of westfall with 50 health its not so expensive.

Back - Glowing lizardscale cloak or Firebane cloak, it will cost ya 10-15g if u have patience, enchanted with 3 agi.

Feet - Bristlebark boots or Footpads of the fang, they are almost even good as feet of the lynx. Enchanted with 5 stam.

Legs - Leggings of the fang with a medium armor kit on it.

Shoulder - Talbar Mantle, if ur alliance it will be much easyer to get serpents shoulders or Bandits shoulders or sumfin else.

Waist - If you will do some WC you will have the mats for Deviate Scale Belt and u need to find someone who can make it and he cant ask more than 2g fee.

Wrist - Forest leather bracers enchanted with 7 stamina.

Great Cloak, most useful enchants are:
+3 agi
+12 Dodge Rating
+10 Shadow Res
+70 Armor

it's better than Glowing Lizardscale Cloak, unless you want to all-out max you dodge as a rogue.

This is my cloak of choice for any melee class at this level. I constantly enter WSG and AB for the gear, of course. This cloak was a definate factor in keeping me alive...as before the cloak I died on a 5:1 ratio...with the cloak I held my own, keeping 1:1 or above. I used an armor enchant on it, as I saw the little bit of agility as a waste. Honourblade has the right idea on most (non-expensive) gear...if your tight on money.

If you want to have the best enchant on ur cloak not being to worried about a money issue go for 12 godge rating it is very veyr helpful if you ask me

This cloak usually comes with a hefty price in the AH due to the rareness of the drop. You won't see any really serious rogue or any melee class without this cloak though.

Don't get this cloak if you are a caster because the agility is not needed of course. I suggest getting Alliance: Caretaker's Cape / Horde: Battle Healer's Cloak if you need +healing or Feyscale Cloak if you'd like stamina and +spell dmg. The Feyscale Cloak is a rare drop from a rare spawn in WC so expect to farm this for awhile before getting. Also know that it is BoP.

The all time best cloak for any class other than a rogue or healer in my opinion is the Tranquillien Champion's Cloak but be aware that this requires exalted in Tranquillien which can be hard to get. Also note that it is horde only. For one less stamina you can get the somewhat easily attainable Miner's Cape from VC.

Toes - Garithos (Level 19 Hunter) / Buffz - Garithos (Level 19 Priest)

I am not in twinking anything.. so by luck, i found the cloack, and dumb as i was, i took it on.. And when my friend saw what i had taken on, he nearly killed me becasue i cloud have gotten 100g on this..

This cloak is actually a rather strange exception, generally non dungeon blues are slightly less significant stat wise, as can be seen with most weapons and armors. The asking price is basically correct, 70-150g is its broad range. Excellent for rogues, hunters, and then the lvl 20 feral druid cat. only thing that could make it better would be a higher drop rate lol.

I was just lucky enough to have this drop from one of the mobs in the sw stockades, wowhead doesnt even list it as dropping from them so it must be a very low rate!.

wasngt even going for drops, im lvl 39 shammy im only in the stockades to train weapon skill by wasting through the mobs in there:)

so weapon skill trained + 100g in the bank when I sell this :P

its also dropped by cursed sailors 24-27 in wetlands coast on the shunken ship. while doing a quest in wetlands where i had to kill 13 cursed sailors and 5 cursed marines the sailor droped it on like probably my 8-10th kill. pretty cool

Just wanted to add that this can drop off chests, friend and I got it in an SFK run off a chest on the bridge.

There are chests in SFK... I got 2 of these in a row in 2 runs in the same chest. Sold one at 40g a while back, finally listed the other one and got 60g for it.

Lets analyze what our friend said:

I don't believe I have infuse knowledge on the subject but I spent more than 1000g on my twink (lvl 19 human warrior on Cho'gall). Why a warrior? Because a rogue and a hunter needs 30 agility for a 1%critical a warrior needs only 20. Halve this at lvl 19 (10/15).
Also warriors benefit more from endurance.
My twink C�lia has 1865hp (unbuffed)
37% critical
21% evade
and my basic critical damage ranges from 300 to 500 buffed on a heroic strike.
My gear is the following (without enchant's it's your choice)
Sentry Cloak
Chausses of westfall
Thorbia's Gauntelets
Cobrahn's Grasp
Silver-linked footguards
Fortified chain of the monkey
Spiked chain wristbands of the monkey
My Axe follows Night Reaver With +25 agility
and Venowstrike +3% chance to touch. With a reactive technique I can 2 shot ANY TWINK except for another WARRIOR twink.

If we look, we see the chain wristbands he spoke of are lvl 20 requirement...oops! We also see he has a green mail chest with less than average stats and claims to have how much hp with any given enchant?...1865? hrm....someone must be on crack. I have also a twink warrior on dalaran horde side with just over 1500 hp, with cruel barb chanted with crusader and a redbeards crest sporting a 7 stamina enchant..."(without enchant's it's your choice)" huh? hello chants are what make a twink, and if ure gonna have 1800hp, i suggest u have every bit of stamina enchants. My twink has same gear as him save the westfall pants and the green bracers and chest... i have a podunk pair of bracers, b/c all bracers suk @19 with 9sta chant on them, also sporting the green tinged goggles with tha libram chant 100hp to em,(leggings of fang have same chant on em for me) I have the green cloth shoulders for the WC quest for stam and all my chants are stam based save the crusader... i would say i have the highest hp possible for a warrior at this moment. How someone can have 1800+hp is beyond me...unless they are sporting lvl 20 gear of course=) also forgot to mention he must be smoking crack to think that a warrior could have higher dodge and crit than a rogue at any lvl...It was a pretty post, you paid three times as much for your gear as I did, and some of your gear obviously has a very rare enchant on it that lets u wear it regardless of your lvl, gg thanks lets keep this post clear of false stats...

Guys, whoever said that sentry cloak sucked against Glowing lizardscale cloak, ur wrong, because you need more HP in this case, because if you're a real twink, your other gear would alrdy have agility chants on it..so the main idea is just to get more stam along with ur stam+agil chants...im still trying to get this, and Skeletal Club on Coilfang...

I had 1 of these drop from a raptor in the wetlands. I put it up for 140g and the auction expired. I went to put it back and checked to see if any other were up and the price on them and noticed 1 was up for 34s. Now I got 2.

Lots of ppl keep saying he drops it the most frequent. I haven't seen anything but vendor junk from him yet but I've only farmed him 3 times. For anyone interested in farming him to get this or any of the other possible drops, plan on a long set of prequests.
The whole chain starts with a named sentinel in Auberdine. She is in the upstairs room of the northeastern building there. You will only find her there, to my knowledge. She gives you the begining of the Althalaxx chain.
You go north on the road to see the guy near the tower, talk to him, kill some fo the goons around the tower for the drops, talk to him again and then head south to Aastranar. Do the quests from the paladin there and then talk to the other paladin. Do this escort quest, but let him die when attacked by 3 named mobs, one of which is Aligar. Once he dies kill the mobs, and take the loot. If you don't let the paladin die you can't repeat the quest. Drop the quest adn go get it again. At least you only have to do the chain once.
I soloed this but I'm lvl 60 so it's not a hard thing, just long. You can do this at lower lvls in a group just be sure you don't actually finish the quest or you won't get to farm it anymore, without being an escort for some one else.

I somehow managed to get this to drop 2 times today. First one from Wetlands when I was bored on my hunter grinding it dropped off a raptor, and the second one on my horde side a few hours later in thousand needles. Felt lucky today.

Got this from a random mob in Darkshore while getting a ghost cat. Sold it today for 60 gold! Lots of teasing over the 'ridiculous' price, but it sold the first time I listed it, I might have gotten even more if I tried. Still, with my highest character on that server at 29, that's a lot of gold.

A guildy was running me through Stocks last night and this dropped. I've also had Feet of the Lynx drop there as well. It dropped for my 24 shammy. So, I will probably AH it....and hope for about 30g.

Klaven Mortwake in Westfall (Tower in the bottom right hand corner of the map) Dropped this while i was raising my lockpicking. I killed him 4 times just because he-respawned and attacked me. Its not listed on here when you do a bestiary seach on him. but sure enough he drops it. Mobinfo2 is telling me that after killing him 4 times theres a 34% chance he'll drop a blue item. But i doubt its that high. Probally more like 0.3% or 0.4%
