pretty good for a caster class twink, i use these constantly on my 29 holy paladin so i can squeeze out as much constant mp/5 as possible as i'm always healing constantly.

I just got done making a dozen of these only to find out they do not stack. Cool item, but you'd save a lot of room in your inventory just keeping the mats with you and making them as you need them. Basically impossible to sell, like this, too.
