These are incredible for healers and casters alike, Ive got one on my mage and the Health buff is pretty good addition to my other mage buffs. Along with the 7 Magic Damage and 3int its great. Got mine from the Guild bank :)

I can't get the healing buff from this. It's for lvl 34 and I'm 37. Can't seem to figure this item out. I click on it from an action bar and it doesn't channel because "Target Too Low Level".

If I were a noob, I would just sell it. But this is a nice addition to my resto repertoire.

Ok i asked around and all it does is make the Use: thing go away but the rest of it says so you do get to keep it

when jewelcrafting comes out, this thing is going to be bloody brilliant. requires only level 35, gives +healing as a neck, and HP regen to allies. jesus this thing is going to be held onto for at least 10 levels for healing priests.

the recipe seems to be bop (says soulbound to me at least) and the necklace has 10 charges.

thay by now most people have been through the 0-60 content many many times. So, 'phat loot' in the 35 level range isn't going to give anyone a boner, given that they will outlevel it in <24h played. Nevertheless,the jewelcrafters need something to level up their skill and this looks like just the thing.

I spoke to a GM about this today, apparently it was changed in one of the recent "pre BC" patches... so those of us who stuck it in a bank character are stuck training the bank the skill or losing out. GM will not intervene, it was stated to me "there was no error, it was a change"

The Design dropped for me in the entrance to Scarlet Monestary: Armory ...was pretty excited till I saw it was BOP. Low level recipes like this shouldn't be BOP in my opinion. Regardless, just be forewarned... only let the jewel crafter in your group loot it, because there's no going back once looted... and if you cant use it, then there's just another piece of vendor trash =(

Beware:
If you pick this item up and you're not a Jewelcrafter...be prepared to be excited, confused, depressed, and angry in that order lmao.

EDIT: Ok I meant the Design for this not the actual necklace.
