Good piece, stat-wise, and a fairly easy quest reward to get, but they are plug-ugly.

also a perfect example why normal people should make a useful post before kids like him post their nonsense.

At any rate, because of the new rating system that post will disappear within a few hours. simply press : to rate his post as negative, and your vote will be counted without taking you to a new page.

The legs, are bind on pickup with no lvl required. so probably obtained from a quest reward.

strength is way better for fury warriors... the more AP u have the better, and our base attack comes from a % of our AP

To get this item you just have to kill 18 lvl 53-54 creatures....every single dps warrior should do it.

Its great till lvl 57-58, then you can upgrade to either abyssal leggings of striking or if you are exalted in WSG the new leggings offered from the 1.11 patch.

Combined with knothide armour kit, https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=25650/knothide-armor-kit (about a g depending on your realm) these babies are a very nice green for a 53-57 warrior
