This is the best 19 twink neck for any that will benefit more from stam rather than agility (priests, locks, mages, most druids, shammies)

Seems to sell for alot on AH on my server, usually CHEAPER to buy mats and have it made

This necklace is great for caster twinks which dont have any use for agility, and its also really easy and cheap to get, it usually goes for 1-2g on my server =)

This is a great item for anyone gearing for PVP at the 10-19 level, and will work well until you earn the PVP necklace.

Yah, that is the best for warriors and cloth wearers. Hunters and rogues, however, want the necklace of agility that gives +2 agility.

You guys are &*!@#$ed, the one class this is good for are cloth wearers because Rogues, Hunters, Paladins, and warriors combined take good things from the scouts medallion.

Ur wrong,
u can get both Scount's legguards and defenders legguard with 8+ stam.
Simple math, 8+stamina is more than + Stamina than 5+ stamina and 5+ agi/str

and after patch, u can get bloody aproon on chest, and on cape, U can get miners cape.

If ur horde, u can get Tranquillen champions cloak. 7+ stam
