Notes for this quest:

THESE CARDS AND OTHER ITEMS ARE NOT SOULBOUND!
You can trade with others all you like.

Run around with a buddy or two, and use your bracelets on each other so you don't have to beg.
You can get more bracers ONLY after your "Adored" buff clears. The timer on that stands still if you log out, it has to be in-game time for it to expire.

The DWARF near the temple in Darnassus gives you the beer for Ironforge, for me it was 100%. I got NO beer from IF guards.

There is a tradesman in Darnassus next to the temple, at the bottom of Tradesman's Terrace (coords 52, 80) who will give you the wood carving things, my drop was 100% on those as well.

Also, this may be a coincidence, but if I gave a token to an NPC right after one says "Be careful" I would get heartbroken. If I ran off, waited a sec, and asked different guards that no one else had talked to lately, I didn't get a broken heart.

Did this on 4 chars, spent several hours. Not an expert, but I hope this makes life easier on those of you who look here this year!

I have tried all i know to get this card for the quest in Stormwind but i still can't get this item. Who can tell me what to do to get this card?
