The proc is uber for high end boss mobs. Vale hits you with fire every few seconds. With a proc rate of 30% your likly to take a hell of a lot less damage from wing buffets ect..

drops off of skeram aq40 boss! your right these are worth a !@#$load but i dont think 3000g maybe 1000g-2000g something like that

yeah i can make these on the burning blade server this is such a great pvp chest. its tough to make but definately worth it in the end

It doesnt say it requires that you be a armorsmith so if this thing drops i may be a weaponsmith but from the looks of it, i can make this thing :)

Pattern is available for either faction on Thunderhorn server. If horde, tell me who to COD it to (500g). If alliance, leave a date here and the pattern will be on the neutral AH for 700g buyout.

I got these plans from skeram as well. Nice chest good vs raid bosses. I think they will nerf it... 30% chance to proc is really high.
