If your soloing all the way to 70 as a dagger Rogue, then a pair of these daggers at 65 is your ideal choice, as they are fairly cheap to get made.
However there are plently of better daggers out there if you can get a group. Especially https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=25763 and https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=31759 both obtainable at 64/65.

I believe you move over the decimal....1% crit 1.5% hit...from what I've herd

Using this for mainhand as a Dagger rogue at 65 with a hybrid assassin/combat tree. It's actually good cos of that slow weapon speed= nice multiplier on your Ambush/backstabs, plus the +10 crit rating gives me well over 2% crit at 65. This in the mainhand with something fast like Blade of unquenched thirst at 1.30 in the offhand is a good AFFORDABLE setup that can be picked up 'off the shelf'. Also cheap to make and easy to craft.Enjoy.

This is an excellent blacksmithing skillup weapon. It took me from 350-360 for far cheaper than the nearest alternative.
