After tbc launch, i managed to sell a few of these to other players for several gold. Either they bought it or wasted a bunch of time traveling back to nethergarde to complete the quest.

As you come into camp go into the keep on the left, turn left when you come in, and turn left again and he's in that room.

Just went to Nethergarde keep to buy some Bitter. Brought some extra for all lazy people in Hellfire Peninsula. Sold them for 1G a piece in Honor Hold but i'll bet people will pay more for them.

Still, i made the round trip HH-Nethergarde Keep without hearthing back in 15 min. A bit boring but a nice opportunity to chat with your guildies.

tis good to buy more of these, and possibly stick em in the AH, seeing as there are lazy people around :P
sell for a bigger markup, people will be willing to pay, as i was before. i first checked the AH, there was none there :P so i had to travel to nethergarde..

As soon as you enter Nethergade Keep (In the Blasted Lands) take a left into a big castle like building.

Once you are in take a left, then another left and you should see him.

One thing that hasn't been mentioned is you have to be in the "before the invasion " mode. Talk to the time walker stationed between Blasted Lands and Swamp of Sorrows.
