sorry for asking a stupid question but i noticed this item the other day in the AH and saw that it's "use" had 10 charges - does that mean what i think it means? you use 10 and never use them again? or if you repair the item can you use the 10 charges again (like throwing weapons)?

I have a question that has probably been answered before, anyway, if you die, does the buff go away? Or is it persistent through death? Since it seems to be linked to the item, I was wondering how that worked.

I just viewed this item and it doesn't say "10 Charges" can anyone verify that the item has been edited?

I didn't see this anywhere on the site so... This would appear to be the *only* item made by Jewelcrafting that has a 100% chance to DE into LPS.

Statwise it's one of the nicest neck items for clothies out there, the only bit which only has 10 charges is the +10 to all stats to the whole party, the other stats stay forever.

The only way to get better items I know of is to PVP like crazy or go raiding a lot.

It would be a nice idea if Blizz thought up a way for players to recharge items like this - say for example by Enchanters, there by creating another opportinuty for open trade in this economy.

I will soon be able to make these... I have an Alliance Mage called Minmaaur on EU Terenas. Shoot me an in-game mail if you would like one made and have the mats. (The 4 Mercurial Adamantite can be made, but need 4 primal earth and 4 stacks of Adamantite Ore - you might get some gems to sell as well out of that)

This thing is total junk. I foolishly bought it for 60g, thinking it would have a cooldown and be reuseable. When it still said "0 Charges" after 5 days, I contacted GM who said it was "functional" and that any further information would be a game hint. Really? If there is a secret to it, it would be nice to know. Meanwhile, I'm scrapping it.

i just got this and noticed that it only has 10 charges on the buff. You might want to note that before buying it...

No, you cannot recharge it by repairing, unfortunately.

I have the pattern for this in my inventory, and I can confirm that sometimes it does show the charges on the pattern, and sometimes it does not.

I found mine in the cellar at Karazhan

I have to admit I love this necklace for all the wrong reasons. You can easily find better if you're instancing so from that perspective, I've never been able to sell it on the AH even going down to about 20-30g per necklace.

However, my disenchanter loves them. The mats are relatively inexpensive to get if you're a active Jewel Crafter and it always shards into a Large Prismatic Shard which is great as now not only is it giving me skill ups from 365-370 it's also helping my bank balance and enchanting from 350+!

Oh well, just hope Blizzard buffs it a little bit otherwise it's my No. 1 shardable item.

Once the 10 Charges are used, does it continue to give the +27 Stam and +19 Int? Or does that go away too?
