This item is obtained from Tyrande Whisperwind in the night elf encampment and is reusable. It has a 10s cooldown and persists as long as you don't leave the instance. It will not disappear if you run back from the graveyard. Use this item on your descent after being affected by Archimonde's Air Burst ability.

You can actually keep these and use them anywhere in Azeroth! Just go in, get the tears and die. Now have someone take your spot in the raid, so there are already 25 in the zone. Now try to zone in to rez. You'll be outside, but still have your tears!

Possible bug: Using the shaman talent Elemental Mastery will prevent this item from being used until the Elemental Mastery buff is discharged. While the Elemental Mastery buff is active, the tears are grayed out and cannot be activated. Tested by my wife (70 shaman) in patch 2.4.2.

Archimonde knocks you high, high in the air - the only way to not get a considerable about of fall damage is to use this item which Tyranda gives to you.
