I'm a 67 Shaman and just completed this with a 66 mage... Kinda close, but definately doable.

68Pally Rock spec. 2 potions lay on hands and a hell of a lot of healing. Wasn't the most difficult Group quest I've soloed though.

She's at the top of a hill east of Osho'gun. Clear the bull elekks before you try and take her on. Did it with a warrior and a druid, not hard.

managed to solo her earlier. level 64 BM specced hunter. cleared the bottom of the ridge of adds, pulled here and kited her with aspect of the pack on. she was quite fast so had to use pets intimidate to slow her as my concussive was nullified. just kite her to the town and youll be fine

Soloed her easy with my first try lvl 66 hunter. This also worked with banthar.
THis is what I did: I started with clearing out a few elephants around her, so I wouldnt get any aggro. Then I pulled her with an aimed shot and send my pet in. I disabled growl, and used my beast wrath right away. Kept her doted and kited her to telaar. BM hunters works best here, because we got increased cheetah speed, BUT it should go ok for any other hunter aswell. She can be stunned by pet btw, which gives you the time to pwn her a little while so your sure to do 50% of her health.
The guards in Telaar did the rest of the work, and I had some /salutes from different allies when they saw both banthar and Tusker on Telaar bridge which is really funny ^^

Those who try this mob with pet tanking and so on should really look for other alternatives like this one :P
