Although this will doubtlessly be fixed eventually, you can power-level with this. A level 6 able to easily take on three equal level mobs at once with absolutely no downtime is ftw.

I found these in a bag when completing the unidentified plant quest in zangermarsh.

The special thing about them is that there is no lvl cap whatsoever, making this excelent twink/lowlvl food. The items arent soulbound.

one last note, once honoured with the cenarion expedition you can no longer hand in plant parts for bags, making the supplie limited

This is my secret weapon in WSG, along with Rumsey Rum Black Label. It's a bit pricey so make sure you're with a good group and not terribly likely to die within 15 minutes.

Check AH for these constantly if you're a twink who likes HP. High lvls usually post them cheap if they don't know the great advantage this is to a 19 or 29 Twink. This is one of the few new tricks BC has brought to twinking.

Latest patch, they're now bind on pickup. So now my lvl 5 bank toon has a ton of these. =/

Usa: Restores 2148 health over 30 sec. Must remain seated while eating. If you spend at least 10 seconds eating you will become well fed and gain 14 Stamina and Spirit for 15 min.
