You loot them out of the square boxes on the ground in Kil'Sorrow.

Now if you have the quest to drop the falgs on the Kil'sorrow dudes then you have to kill them anyway, but this can work for you too. Start off by killing the 2 mobs standing outside the fortress, wait for the mob inside to pass by, then hook a right behind the fance. Kill the one standing outside the tower and grab the first armament box on the ground to the left.

Go inside and kill the 2 inside there, and grab both armament boxes. Head up the stairs to the next level, one more mob, and one more box on this level. Now here is where the easy no more mob part comes in...

Up the stairs one more level takes you to an outer platform that goes all around the tower. On the back side is a armament box, with no mobs on this level. Another box will respawn in 1-3 minutes! Just stand here until you have the rest. Those that need to drop the flags can go on up to the top and get one more kill and one more box. Keep going up and down the tower and you wont even have to step foot in the main fortress area.

Standing on the tower right now is at 69,77. I have probably collected 4 while typing this up. Hope this info is helpful!
