Probably more suited for Paladins, but ferals will benefit from these hybrid stats.

This ring is itemized pretty narrowly for retribution paladins and enhancement shamans, for whom it is pretty much ideal.

Feral (cat) druids prefer agility to crit rating (point-for-point they get more benefit from agi), and don't power their abilities with Intellect except in heavy shifting or hybrid situations (such as PvP). So while useful to a feral druid, this ring is not ideal and will likely be outperformed by a substantially lower-level item or a green-quality "Of the Tiger" ring.

A 2-H DPS warrior who is really hard-up for gear might take it and just write off the Intellect bonus, but expect to replace it sooner rather than later. Considering this drops in a Heroic instance, it's unlikely that a DPS warrior geared up for that sort of thing would find it to be an upgrade.
