The houses here are so close, and so small that the one number difference can really throw you off. All of the scrolls glow, hard to miss.

house is the first one south of the hill that the tower stands on, it's not a part of the same group as the 1st and 2nd scroll houses.

In the SE corner of Kirin'Tor is a cluster of small houses (due west of the town hall). The Chapters are found in these houses.

If you are standing directly in front of the fountain, facing it, turn left (to the north), you will see a small house beyond the old crappy garden area, that is house of Chapter 3

The aggro on these guys is really high, aggro one and next thing you know 3 are attacking you. alos some spots are bugged, id stand in a certain spot and start taking damage with noone around. watch where you step and hope not to get swarmed by mobs,

I'm standing right on top of it and I cannot pick it up... I'm not in a raid... has anyone else ever encountered this problem?

For those without cords:

If you are facing the building that looks like a Church with the big clock on it, and you you rotate yourself to the right. ((so that the church is now to your left)). Just walk forward, you will notice two buildings on your right. The second, smaller one, is where you want to go :).

Can't find the church?:

There is a gigantic ass tower with two great big red like stripes at the base, in front of the entrance it has an electrical fence like thing. You also turn in quests here. Go directly behind this building. It's the small house rightin front of you.
