Awesome boots in my opinion, you get them from the bags which is a reward from turning in Aarakkoa feathers for Lower City rep in Shattrath. Usually cost around 30-40g

the "...of the Grove boots" are fantastic feral gear for the level. They still hold up pretty well when you are 70 due to how Str and Agility effect a druid's stats compared to other classes. 88 attack power for a full feral build with HotW and Feral Instincts, in cat form.

How much attack power does the 29 str give? i thought for druids its str x 2 which would give you 58 ap. So why do they have 2 versions of them and not just "of the shadow" ? Plz dont flame me:)

I just got them on my mage by completing The Outcast's Plight quest from the Outcast's cache...Talonite's boots of the groove (+29 Str, 16 agi, 19 stam)

I bought the "of the grove" variety off AH for my feral druid...don't remember how much, I think 15-20g. It would be interesting to see if theres more varieties...so far "of the grove" covers feral druids and "of the shadow" covers rogues.
