You will most likely find this while doing the quest:
"Make Them Listen" - https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/quest=10220

Kill the knights, they will drop them.

From my experience, you need to have Make Them Listen in your quest log to have this drop. Farmed some 20-30 knights without a drop, then grabbed the quest and it dropped on the first one.

ZOMG must of killed 100 knights and didn't get this :(

If you're alliance. stop grinding those knights, it won't drop! The quest is horde only. :/

Killed over 150 knights, no drop. Soon as i got the quest - "Make them listen" it drops off the first knight.

I'm starting to wonder if this only drops for horde players.
10 kills on my horde
285 kill on my Alliance , on separate days, and still no drop.

i must have gotten really lucky with the drop if your sayin that you have to kill like 50 of them to get it. it dropped for me off of the second Unyielding Knight i killed. guess i'm just lucky
