The teleporter pack in deep inside the shaft. It does not drop off the Parasitic Fleshbeasts. Its a glowing object just behind a consortium guy named agent Ya-six. He has an additional quest to pick up.

The way to get to the Teleporter Power Pack is to follow the green crystals. It will lead you straight to Ya-six and the power pack.

For those where this might seem unclear; Agent Ya-six ( https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/npc=20552 ) is located underneath Manaforge Ultris, inside the Mine you will see on the map. Right behind him will you find the Teleporter Power Pack.

When you enter the mine you should just seek for the first left path, and if you follow this path you should be directly at him. Another help is that he is shown as a Questgiver on the minimap, so you will easily be able to see him.

the power pack is in the cave underneath the manaforge with the fleshfiends in it. take the first path to the left.

Follow the green crystals tagged "Protectorate Tracer" and they'll lead you to Ya-Six and the Teleporter Power Pack.

Coordinates 60, 41. I wandered for an hour in the cave before I found it/him. For those without cosmos/titan; take the left branch of the cave and stick to the left wall. When you come to the platform, follow it down, and around to the right. You'll find him there.

Get the quest "The Flesh Lies..." first, the quest npc is outside the cave on the path. It makes this quest so much easier, you can torch the dead bodies in the cave instead of fighting them, using the Protectorate Igniter.

Go down the path inside the cave, don't take the first left, keep going down the path and take the right which leads into a dead end. Agent Ya-six is in there, the item is behind him? I didn't see the teleporter power pack there last time but i'll have another look.

Agent Ya-six gives you a protector who last last for 10mins. The protector is good for dps and you can heal him too. He doesn't tank well tho.

someone please tell me where the hell this thing really is. I cant find it at all. I've been in and out of the cave, I see NO NPC inside the cave anywhere.
