It's worth noting that this item provides a nifty-sounding buff (that doesn't actually do anything) called Electro-Shock Therapy, which reads "Now shooting electricity out of your eyes." It's a unique buff that other players can see and many, many people have asked me how they could get the buff (once they get done laughing).

Unless you're hard up for Consortium rep, I'd just keep this item and not turn in the quest, ensuring a unique buff for the good of all!

Hunters drop an explosive trap by the globules once they appear and get 8 or so of em at a time.

Strange fact about this item, If you drink it, then abandon the quest, and take it again, You get another buff, I had about 10 buffs of this, Each buff has a chance to proc, so it just procs madly.

Interesting thing, is that it eats up spell reflect charges on mobs and players. Really regret turning this quest in.

I never completed this quest so I could keep this thing xD unlimited charges, gives a 60 minute buff where most of your attacks electrify the whoever you're attacking, even in PvP :D

I did keep this for a little while but after tring it out on some mates in duels they reckon it has no adverse effect other than a nice warm tingly feeling. So i guess that unless ur sludge, it won't make any difference.

Does make for a pretty kill tho.

Yeah..I didn't realize this was reusable..very nice. But other than a cool buff for ppl to ask about.. I think it's worthless except for use in the quest.

You guys have NO idea how valuable this item really is, especially if you never completed the quest. Trust me, this item is WORTH holding on to. It does A LOT more than what was stated above.

Already checked. Does no additional damage (checked all types) and no effect except the zapping. I guess it can help lower morale in a fight (if ur fighting a rogue, and he keeps zapping you while ur stun locked, your gonna think he's doing extra dmg)

Although, when u use any skill, it has a chance of zapping the monster, which makes it see you and attack (shadowstep)
