I have to learn to read. A guildie asked me to get this pattern and make it for him. Didn't realize it was BoP until I tried to mail it to him but it was already soulbound to me. Luckily had the mats on hand for a quick refund.

There is only one Tribal Leatherworking trainer, for horde this is Se'Jib in Stranglethorn Vale, 36.6, 34.2. Alliance needs to go to Feralas, to Caryssia Moonhunter, 89.4, 46.5

The Spell Damage and healing work together to make this chest piece effectively give, 84 +healing.

So with the plus healing giving plus spell damage change in patch 2.3 this will give this about 18.3 more plus spell dmg making it a very nice moonkin chest as well with a total of 47 plus spell dmg.

This is not a hard recipe to farm for at all. You can skin Crystal Infused Leather from the ravagers on the Hellfire/Zangarmarsh border. From there go north into Zangarmarsh to the Dead Mire and farm Bog Giants for the primal lifes.

the healing bonus from the equip bonus stack. so you get 55+29=84 to healing.

i tested this item out when i got Lifewarden's Breastplate from the Naberius questchain thinking the Lifewarden would be a higher healing... but to my surprise the Living Crystal was higher in healing.

not sure if this was intentional on blizzard's part or not.

To Feralas, that is - to the Tribal trainer from so long ago. :)

And later on, she will have the Windhawk patterns for you, too - you'll be wearing them at 70.

After general questing in Hellfire Peninsula, all my old gear is gone, except for my feralheart pieces - and they are being rapidy replaced by Wild Draenish.

This comes in at 65; Windhawk @ 70

This is a fantastic piece and is essentially the 'lite' version of the Windhawk chest.

It works in the same way. It has the plus healing but more signifacantly it has the plus damage AND healing which also counts toward healing spells making it have plus 84 to healing.

Well, worth it for a healing chest (especially if you are balance and hybrid healing) though I won't replace my damage one until the socketed and spell crit sporting windhawk chest.
