I killed about 100 of the eclipsion elves at path of conquest. Not one drop.

Even though the archmages technically don't wear armor, they do still drop it.

Be sure to kill the Bloodwarders, Centurions, Archmages, and Blood Knights (All found at Eclipse Point)! The other Eclipsion mobs do not drop this quest item.

the drop rate for for this q was about 0.0001% maybe it was bugged but after 2 hrs i stopped tryin.

My wife and I killed 15 or so on the path, got no drops. Then we moved to the fortress on top of the hill. Seems that the closer you get to the very top of that hill and the big bosses, the higher the drop rate. It was nearly 50% at the top of the stairs.

no one has mentioned that most of these guys heal themselves, or do a spellbreaker doubling casting time and that as you approach the fort there are more pats and dragonhawks.

as a newbie holy spec priest this is a nightmare Q.

Drop rate is way higher then it says. I got mine on the first 6 kills
