Where does this drop or get picked up?

In order to get the key to shattered halls do the following: (only one in the party needs this key to be able to play the instance)
Kill a lvl 69 Blacksmith orc called "Smith Gorlunk" outside The Black Temple Loot the ("this-begins-a-quest") item "Primed Key Mold" from him and then finish the questline:
-Entry into the Citadel (Completes in Honor Hold for Alliance)
-Grand Master Dumphry (Completes in Honor Hold for Alliance)
-Dumphry's Request (4 Fel Iron Bar, 2 Arcane Dust, 4 Mote of Fire)
-Hotter then Hell (kill a Fel Reaver in Hellfire peninsula)
Quest reward for the quest "Hotter then Hell" is the Key to Shattred Halls

Hes on the left side of the temple with the Shadowmoon orcs, in a hut / tent thing. not hard to kill or find.

I found it totally by accident while doing a different chain in the area. I was just after some nice quest reward blues and while waiting for an elite to move, saw a nammed non-elite. Always worth killing though they never have a use unless ur on the quest, right? Ha. This time i guess i got it wrong, but it worked out! With a flying mount it's pathetically easy to start this chain.

He is on the north side of the temple, turn left after going in and go up ramp. He is in hut to left of stairs once up ramp. Watch out for patrolling dragon.

there is a quest that has you kill mobs around him so eventually you would end up killing him, out of either curosity or accidentally backing into him

67 36 in Shadowmoon from named mob in a hut. Watch out for the eyes and elites.

Dunno if its been mentioned, but the mold drops for Horde as well and can be turned in at Thrallmar (Nazgrel, who will tell u to see Rohok, The Grand Master Blacksmith, in the same village). Had a hard time trying to get into Honor Hold, again. Lol, I still get fooled by ally guide lines.

Anyone could explain for those without flying mount yet like me how to reach him please?

watch out for big elite patrol, range the target guy onto the little hill, kill asap b/c that big elite comes around every like 2 min. got the drop first try. fly out of there asap after u get item.

Yah this is a weird one. Blizzard normally at least clues people in on who to kill or where to kill someone for important things (let alone access to an actual instance!)
