confirmed, it actually DOESENT share a cooldown with vengeance of the illidari, so you can have both up at the same time. tested in live server

This is being changed in the next patch (2.0.10) to use the shared trinket cooldown like all other spellpower trinkets so that they cannot be stacked.

Too bad. =(

I tested it today, and they this trinket no longer stacks with the Vengeance of Illidari. (3/12/07)

Do any of the +Dmg over x seconds affect DoT's AFTER they are cast? Or does the trinket(s) need to be activated before casting DoT's?

You can buy it when you hit Revered with the Sha'tar.

In either case, both these trinkets are very good for paladins healers, a must have trinket

This item does not share it's full cooldown with other similar items of this type, only time the buff it gives is on. It means you can use one of them after another, but their effect cannot be stacked.

Nerfed in 2.0.10 - it now shares cooldown with other "Use" damage trinkets.

Like the physical damage alternative this trinket can be popped at the same time as any other +damage (on demand) trinket in the game. This is probably a bug that will be fixed in the near future, but use it while you can, it's fun to have access to double trinkets again. ;p
