Slightly disappointing compared to "Luminescent Rod of the Naaru" from SSC https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=30080#z0z.
Yes it has stamina and higher +healing but 5mp5 will easily beat 16 spirit these days for Priests.

(on a side note, I wonder why Naaru wands do Shadow Damage, both would be very fitting to do Holy Damage of which there is still only one in game)

This is dropped by Essence of Anger,boss at the Black Temple.

One of the best wands for healers.

If you are inside the five-secound-rule most of the time, Luminescent Rod of the Naaru from SSC would provide a tad more mana regen.

Apart from that, this is the best pve healing wand available at this time.

Increase in shadow dmg or any other dmg does not increase wand dmg... EVER. It should. But it doesn't.

If you don't believe me add it up in and out of shadow form. It will be exactly the same.

Look, with Priest's talent 'Wand Specialization' it gives 184.3 * 1.25 = 230,375dps! Better than many spells and costs no mana! That's why wands rock!

In fight you only nuke (Mind Blast in Priest's case), put some dot's on target and finish with wand.

Lol, it's "insane" dmg is because wands have no means of getting dmg buffed except from priest or mage talents. All other ranged weaps take into effect agility and bows/guns add ammo dmg. Your ranged dps with the wand under your character menu is the same as the wand dps (nay the buffs mentioned earlier).

Anyone who plays a preist know that you can put 2 talent points into wand specialization that will increase your damage done by wands.

Does the 15% increase in Shadow Damage bonus given by a priest's Shadow Form apply to wands that deliver shadow damage? If yes than this wand will deliver 211.9 DPS! when in shadow form that is!
AND add to that....+25% from Wand Specialization (from talent line) you get 258 DPS! CAN THIS BE TRUE?

i'm a disc priest who's all about his constant mana regen .. i use my wand all the time .. you're a dumbass if you think it's useless

throw up a dot and start pickin at em ..

give yourself about five secs without casting before you down the mob to get the most out of your spirit tap ..

This could be extremly useful for a hunter. The added stats bring great advantage for shadow shot multi.
And think about hte scenery when a hunter has no bullets to shoot with his bow, he can then pick this up and finish the oponent useing WAND + Hunters Mark.( red mark ) this would add addictional damage, and making this a very dangerous comback from no bullets.

I would surely roll on this. Mages might want it, but they can use firescourch instead, thats even better than this wand, so why roll on the wand if you already can do better. ?
