Dropped by "Dragonmaw Transporter" flying in the "Dragonmaw Skyway."

The "Skyway" is a series of floating rocks that the Orcs fly past.

For those with coords, It looks like 71,75 is a good place to farm. They past right by you pretty close to the floating rock.

The best place is by far this one. The last plank just before the 2 ascendants. If you stay clear, don't cast totems and dismiss pet etc... You can stand here and take both the takeoff and the landing transporters without problems.

I've been doing this quest almost every day for nearly 3 weeks and i think the droprate on this item is way off. At least for me it is about 1 drop for every 8 kills. I think Blizzard really wants us to appreciate the netherdrake mount, because most all of the Netherwing quests are very annoying.

The drop rate on these things seems to be pretty random. I did the quest yesterday and got a 100% drop rate, but today I had to kill 26 for the 10. I'm not sure what to make of this.

This quest is crap if you have limited selection of ranged attacks, like Paladins. They won't engage you in flight and chase you because you have the stupid disguise on so you have to sit on a rock and try and shoot them. Protection spec. Pallies can use Avenger's Shield if they have it. Otherwise they are pretty much screwed.

YOu have to kill like 8 to get 1 to dropp... blizzard #$%^ed the netherwing quests so bad. everyone of em takes a year to complete.

It says "Quest Item" so you cant pick this up whithout the quest.

The drop rate is high enough to make this the fastest daily quest for netherwing, just a pain when there are 4 people on each rock, as well at at both nds of the track

This is really bad drop rate! i just killed about 30 and only 4 droped. this sucks.

My AddOn includes and optimal place to stand. Jump up and do a melee swing or remain grounded for a spell cast, up to you. Just stand still, facing north. They keep coming at you lol. You might care to download my Netherwing Eggs AddOn from:
