The quest for this can be found in the camp right outside Zul'Aman, south of the Summoning Stone.
The map is found up on the right ramp, on the bear bosses platform; it's glittering.

i play a night elf shadow priest, and ive found that you dont even have to kill the bear boss, just hug the wall, and fade when you go to the right platform. it will trigger the boss's extra mobs, but they dont go directly to you, so you have just enough time to open and pickup the map. I think its a pretty sweet trick, also rogues and mages should have a pretty easy time with it.

Can I actually get this quest item by stealthing in?

We cleared up to the platform of the bear boss, but after a few wipes on the last 4 pull before the boss the group broke up. You can't stealth to the map without the 4 mob aggroing, so I decided to try something. I mounted up on my epic mount and just rode straight to the map on the right platform and was able to grab it before they killed me. Then I just rezzed and went and turned in the quest. So if you have the same problem and can't kill the boss you should still be able to get the map.

When facing Nalorakk (we cleared all adds except boss), go to that side area of the terace to the right up the small ramp. The map is lying there on the side. No need to kill boss first to get this map.

There also seems to be a bug on some players. If you can not loot the map, drop the quest and have another party member share the quest with you. Once you accept the quest again, you can loot the map.
