Single use, but rewarded from a daily in 2.4.

This item is a reward from a daily, is unique, and is consumed when you use it. I'm sure there's a reason why it has a cooldown, but I can't think of what that reason might be.

The only way you'd even be ABLE to use two of them within twenty seconds of each other is if you had one from the previous day, used it, then IMMEDIATELY teleported back to the island and turned the new daily in. Hardly exploiting if you ask me.

when you turn it in he says "If you find yourself other than your desired location you only have yourself to blame" does it ever malfunction like the engineering teleporters?

Seems obvious, but I know someone will ask eventually, so, this can only be used in IQD.

I'm not sure how it works for Alliance members, it this scroll teleports Horde members to Shattrath...in front of the alliance portals :-\

This item will disappear when the daily cycle ends. It will also disappear depending on where you travel. I did a daily fishing quest which took me to Stormwind. Once I completed the quest, the item was no longer in my inventory.

i used it to port back to shat after completeing the quests on the island, and its gone. so it seems its a one time thing only and you have to get one each time you do the quest

I thought this thing was permanent but it's not :s It disappear from your bag the next day
Besides getting the rep, Blizzard is really expecting us to do that quest to get back to Shattrath :s ? no way

Just finding that out myself...since it had a cooldown I assumed it was permanent.

It can be used once and then dissapears, like potion or scroll...

Once I used it to teleport to Shatt, I went to do the daily fishing quest which took me to Stormwind. After I turned in the quest, I noticed it was gone. It may disappear when you leave Shatt, or Outland. Not certain which.
