The sin'dorei bands off M'uru strike me as somewhat poor.
Their ilevel are the same as the vindicator bands, and lower than the new guardian bands.

This means they're a sidegrade to vindicator's, and the only real bonus here is that you can use this ring along with vindicator's. But the vast majority of players who will kill M'uru won't do it before the Season 4 patch, meaning by the time most players can get this ring, they can get another, better one for a paltry 15,300 honor.

The 56 extra armour penetration given with Vindicator's Band of Triumph easily outclasses the 14 attack power and 2 extra crit rating that this ring brings, from both a PvP and PvE point of view.

The rings from M'uru are very underwhelming considering what a challenge he is.

Since the season one welfare purples became available along with season three Vindicator stuff, every class and spec can hit the battlegrounds and grind out a respectable set of Kara/heroic ready gear. Or, you can get PVP items with badges and tier tokens too. Granted it's not ideal for raiding and it's not going to get you on top of the damage/healing meters. So why is this stuff dropping? Because anyone can benefit from crit immunity at 220 resilience. It's not just for tanks and arena heads. 0 HP = 0 DPS/HPS. Survivability is really important until you can do these runs enough times to get the good drops and badges and start replacing PVP gear. When that happens you start losing resilience too, so these rings help keep up the crit immunity (or near immunity) for longer, without having to slog through the battlegrounds again.

This ring is really good for arms warrior or ret paladins, it has alot of stam, crit, attack power, and some resilience rating which is realy good for PvP.
