Lord Ahune can be found in Slave Pens. I believe the neck or Badge of Justice equivalent items only drop in Heroic mode.

these items are just the same as the cheaper badge gear if you hadnt noticed, they arnt completly new items, just brought in to give free epix to people, really, this is choker of vile intent with an even shinyer name, same for that phys dps cloak, its just blood knights war cloak, with a "frosty" name, anywho, that boss is kinda interesting, more than i can say for the rest of SP, anywho
