One of 2 new cooking recipies added in 2.4 to help players lvl cooking to 300 (250 to 295 to be exact). both of which use the same reagent Bear Flank.

Bear Flanks can be farmed off any lvl 48-56 Bear in Azeroth.

This is a pretty nice "Well Fed" buff for any caster until you can use Blackened Basilisk.
Since the meat for these are only farmable from lvl ~65 mobs in Outland the Bear Burger is an easier option for those without a higher lvl character or those who don't want to spend a lot of gold buying buff food for their low lvl characters.

This is slated to be fixed in 2.4.3:

Juicy Bear Burgers now correctly increase healing as well as spell damage.

Malygen is the name of the NPC in Felwood - straight down the ramp from the top exit, where the path turns right keep going straight on to the bottom. there is a flight path there (which i didnt know lol) cords i have are 62,25

Patch says new recipe to help get your skill up to 300 without catching fish, just got recipe, turned green with only 6 bear flanks, my skill is now 285

got this at 275 and farm it at winterspring it only takes u 2 295skill cant anything else 2 get me 2 300 and i dont want 2 start fishing at my lv any one no any other pattens 2 get me 2 300 PLEASE

There is one alternative for cooks stuck trying to get to 300 skill w/o fishing... go to Cenarion Hold in Silithus and talk to Calandrath who gives you quest to get recipe for Smoked Desert Dumplings, but you have to be 285 cooking for the quest to even be available to you. So for you, this would work and get you to 300. The sandworm meat for the dumplings is right there in Silithus as well. Hope this helps.

Freakin' rediculous. I've slaughtered at least 250 bears, gotten about 120 flanks, I'm stuck @ 294 w/ green skill. 75 cooking attempts and zero points.. gg.
