Does anyone else think that blizzard (or at least a programmer there) has a bear fetish? Just with the items: Large Bear Bone, Big Bear Meat and Bear Organ? I'm SURE their trying to push sommething. xD

you can get a recipe horde side that uses this after you complete the quest The Rescue in tarren mill for big bear steak

Big Bear Meat is used to make Big Bear Steak. The recipe for this rugged gamey dish is Recipe: Big Bear Steak. This is a reward from the Horde quest The Rescue, which is given by Krusk. Krusk is located in Tarren Mill, in Hillsbrad Foothills.

But for my Alliance friends, fear not. This recipe can also be obtained from Super-Seller 680 in Desolace (Horde and Alliance can interact with Super-Seller 680), and from Ulthaan in Ashenvale (Alliance only).

Word of caution about Super-Seller 680. This NPC is not always in the location cited on the map on his page. He is part of a caravan mechanic that travels throughout Desolace. See the Comments section for Super-Seller 680 for more information.
