This will be part of a new quest line in 2.4.3

A new quest NPC outside the Gadgetzan graveyard will have a quest to defeat his old self in CoT:Hillsbrad. Not a chain quest.

Don Carlos in Old Hillsbrad isn't all that tough. He roots and has a lot of hunter's abilities but can be easily soloed by most classes. His pet can also be CC'd making it a pretty easy fight. These comments refer to normal difficulty.

This Hat will be black, and wider than your average cap or helmet.

I mean really wide. One can only tremble at the thought of massed tauren wearing this. Their hats will block out the sun.

He patrols on the road from the keep to SS.

Also, if you kill him in heroic mode, he drops a blue version of the hat that summons his wolf until you take it off.

We ran heroic 5 times in a row to get the blue version for everyone. The instance doesn't save because he isn't a boss mob.

By the sound of his name and the fact that the bugger has his own tequila AND he wears a wide-brimmed hat and the fact that he is heavily tanned and lives out in the Mexico-- *blinks* what..? Tanaris desert.. That's the one - That he lives out in the Tanaris desert I can only assume that he is "Mexican" or Tanarisian.
