When you can finally make these helpful kits, make tons of em. The mats to make 10 of them cost maybe 2 gold but you can sell them for around 5 gold for a stack of 10. Good way for lvl 20's and low 30's to make some decent gold. Usually sell 10 stack for 4 gold, but ive sold them for 5 gold and even 5g 50s at times.

Armor kits also get the Druid Bear armor multiplier, Eg: 24 x 450% for Dire Bear.

Great for Hunters as the more armor you get the more armor your pet gets. Just create as many as you can and give them to your alts, too.

Even if you don't think its enough armour to be worth the gold all of the time, If you have a peice thats still got up to date +stat, but the armour is weak.....

can you use these if you are not trained in leather working. If so it would probly be a good idea to sell them at the auctions house. They would add an extra 104 armor to your total armor if you put them on your boots leggings chest peace and gloves. I would say thats worth atleast 1g-50s. They can be used on items as low as lvl 15 so that would be a big boost for a lower lvl.

Can I have a Enchant and also have this Heavy Armor Kit on a item together? Would be nice.. =)

well if you try to enchant something onto a piece that has this or any other armor kit than the armor kit will be replaced by the enchant...................... but i have this stuff to sell how much should i sell this stuff for each armor kit ? anyone

You need to be lvl 20 so they can"enchant"your armor ?

-you can USE a armor kit on any peace of clothing that goes on feet,chest,legs,hands (yes Cloth,Mail too!)

-the enhencment dosent seam to work or it has to be added afterwords (it asks to replace the enchants)
* i might be using it wrong

-you can use the kit even if your not LW

During the open beta I was able to make these at level 21 but could not apply this to my murloc scale tunic. Anyone know why? It says requires level 20 and I was level 21.

Is not your lv but the Armor lv have to be 20+.

I am a Lvl 33 Hunter...I made a heavy armor kit and it won't allow me to put it on my armor. All of my armor will well above 15 *most are 38 and one is 24) None of thse items have any enchantments beyond thier "natural" magick adds or armor kits already applied. Anyone have any idea as to why they wont work?
