If you're having trouble with killing Zalazane then this item will help you greatly. Use it when he's about to heal or if you're getting low on health.

Best thing on this item is that it takes full bonus from spell dmg gear. So if you haven't done to quest and want a trump card for a fight you really want to win, go get it. Just remember that this is 1 time use only so don't waste it :]

this is for those who are leveling thru durator. If you are power leveling fast to get to the ghostlands and want to spend the least amount of time on each quest then i strongly advise that you SAVE this skull for the quest https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/quest=806

You will have to kill fizzle. Goto to top of the mountain and drop down to his area and pull the 2 mobs in front. Then wail on Fizzle and use the skull. He only has 220 life so the skull will eat a huge chunk of it.

That "Charges: 1 (Expendable)" sort of gives away a small hint, I'd say.

I saved this item from when I was level 9 for over a year and was determined to use it as the final blow to the last mob that would ever give me XP - and I did! See below for proof!

i didnt know it was expendable cuz i never checked on here (thats a waste of time if u dont realize that u dont know sumthing) i used it on a radom scorpid.. i thot it might b a trinket or sumthing and i was equping it or it wud have an insance like 4 day cooldown... like mooncloth or sumthing... i was hitting myself for the next two hours

Just so you guys know, this item take full spell damage into account, I didnt know this and used it in PVP and stole around 600 life from someone. GG

Well not many people lvl 8 can do 125 non-crit... I think it's pretty nice if you're having problem killing your first elite.

I did the "Zalazane" quest to get those magic buffs from that guy in the that troll village, and got this skull as reward, then I tried to use it in a duel, and it hit for 1200something (got 1145 shadow dmg) and gave me the same ammount back in hp, now i'm just wondering, is there a way to get more? :P

Get this, challenge someone of equal or lesser level to a duel. When their health gets low enough, use the skull on 'em. They WILL die.

It steals an incredible amount of life for it's level. It can only be used in a desperate situation for it basically kills your enemy at lvl 10 or so. if it was a trinket it would have been a lvl 30 blue. At least.

its one use, and not that great.... Violen is right, it should have been a tinket with a 2 or 3 min cooldown

Still have it with me, at level 30. For Minshina's honor I'm gonna use it on Ragnaros (not that it will be of any use there, but anyways ;) )

Sadly, this has a one time use. After you use it, it's gone from your inventory. So I guess what I'm saying is use it wisely.

quested mine and wanted to try it out to see what the cooldown was, so i find the first enemy i see and use it, then realise it's one time use <.< gah..

Still in my bank, level 56 now... yeah, i'm never going to actually use this.. but maybe someday it'll be the item that gets the killing blow on Kel'Thuzad as I am the last person standing ^^
