Nobody ever wants this for some reason. Yea it's not magical but it sells for an ok amount at a vendor.

Did a solo VC to see what I could pick up for some alts/twinks, and this dropped.

I was surprised to see it was a white and even more surprised to see it was BOE.

In response to post above: yeah, I've never seen anyone use it, and that's probably because it's underpowed for its level. Definitely not a "show-off" weapon.

Consider that Ironwood Maul does only a little less damage but gives +5 stam AND can be armed at level 13.

Heavy Spiked Mace does a little more damage and has +str, to boot. And THAT arms at level 14!

For a boss drop, even in VC, this is a bit of a dud. I gave it to my Draenei shaman alt so that he can learn to use two-handed maces. :)

Changed in patch 2.3 from a white quality weapon with no stats and 11.9 DPS to a rare quality weapon with 11 stam and 17.7 DPS.

Seems like they've change many common (white) items that dropped from certain bosses to rares (blue). In these items, they forgot (or haven't changed them yet) to bind on pick up.

hopefully when the patch goes live they change it to BoP. the auction house in the ptr's are full of these and the dagger from deadmines

After patch 2.3 comes, I unwrapped them and sold at AH for 20g per item.

Hmmm...anyone notice that wowhead posts this item in the "pick-pocket" section and not in the "dropped-by" section on Rhank'Zor's bio?? Nice job blizzard, you've managed to be a pain in the ass.......again. Make sure u bring a rouge if u want this...Good job blizz!

One of the most sickets stuff happend to me. This was at patch 2.3. The item dropped and it was white. WTF? And then a shor disconnect and then it says "This item is still being rolled for" Hmm -.-

It's funny, I wasn't very good at the game back then, and i saw a level 16 hammer in the AH that was better than the one i had. So i figured i buy it, but about 3 more levels and i got something else, so i figured give it to my bank and he can hang on to it for my lower level toons. after patch 2.3 came out, my bank toon still had the hammer, which required level 10 to get. :)

One of the lowest lvl 2-handed tanking weapons for a druid. Beacause when you are a druid it doesn't matter if you have a 2-hander or a 1-hander because the speed don't effect your attack speed. So imo this is a great tanking weapon for druid!

Just got this and it gave me something like 35% more HP, which as an enhancement shaman is always nice to have. Also got Taskmaster Axe which will be, I guess, a good upgrade.

meh he has quite much hitpoints and although he has no surprise attack, a false pull might pull 2 adds aswell with him...he should drop atleast a green more often

Well I like the fact that instance bosses that droped gear before will be droping blue gear now because much easier to get good gear now... but at the same time...

dislike it at the same time because it is going to KILL the AH value of blue DEs since boss farming isnt that hard and a Blue DE every boss means now instead of 2-3 shard DEs an instance it will be more like well howevermany bosses there are in the instaces so like 8-12... much less valuable now.

wrong! us (cough), "skilled" players will enjoy more actually->pre-2.3 you had to run a FULL INSTANCE RUN to actually get a blue -.- now there's a variety of other items (lets take buzzsaw-you dont have to cry if cruel barb doesn't drop anymore)

you wont bother that much if someone ninjaes a blue from rhahk zor or some other ERZ boss...you can farm him with no trouble

This weapon was perfect for my twinked lvl 19 feral druid, nothing out there has more stamina, & if your not a twink this still makes you into one bad beasty in bear form.

Ok, this is seriously weird...

I putted it on AH on my alt. Then 2.3.2 came while it was on AH. It didnt sell, and when i logged on my alt again, it was still white! How can that happen? O_O

i had the same question, my guess is cuz of the name and cuz its special froma boss, if its gray it could drop from other mobs 2 but this item is wite cuz it will only drop from him (thow its crap)
