I attempted this quest at lvl 19 and failed, I abandoned the quest and returned to stormwind and Ironforge to try again and I cant restart the quest. Is my character screwed?

You can try to save her as many times as you want. You dont have to start the quest all over you just go to her after she respawns quickly(rear Deadmines Entrance/back of VC) at her house that overlooks the water. I did it at level 20 by Drinking and Eating between groups (can do both at the same time), and using one Mana potion after using lay on hands to heal myself with out enough mana to do it any other way. Remember lay on hands drains all mana but you only need a sliver to use, then drink Mana and try to deal some damge in between heals. Fight the groups from just inside the house she will station herself right in front of the house. Let her do as much damage as possible before healing her which will pull everyone to you. She will run to help you and take out the one she started hiting quickly and start working them over from behind. I failed the first time too thats how I know you can try again. Being able to res someone is golden so I shouldn't of been worried about using up lay on hands the first time because of the cool down. When ever you use lay on hands take a mana potion right after. Dont forget to buff here with SoR. Good Luck.

I did this at lvl 21 i used lay on hands once and drank 2 mana potions

The coordiance are 41,89

A good way to find this place is to imediatly turn left as you come out from the back side of vc.
she is in the garden working there=)

the people that got the q and abondoned it its simple you dont go to the cathedral you go to the lady person and accept it their your best getting some help for this q

The quest is sorta hard to notice because instead of having a yellow exclamation mark Duthorian Rall has a blue question mark above of his head.

I got mine from a guy in SW city Cathederal of Light (cathederal district.) Another pally told me he got his near the trainer in IF but I haven't verified.
