This vendor is in a secluded area in the ESE part of the Redridge Mountains. From the center of the Redridge Mountains map; if you go as far East as possible, without going over the mountains, and then as far Southeast as possible (just East of the Stonewatch Falls area), the vendor (Clyde Ranthal) can be found in a raised "pass" with Wilma Ranthal (Skinning Trainer) and Bernard Brubaker (Merchant).

From where can i get this patterns on the Horde side? and where is he located?

I am a 300 Tribal Leather Worker on Lightning Hoof, Horde Side, I would love to get this pattern just because it is one of the few I do not have. Problem is none of the Allies on my server seem to want to put this pattern or the one for the chest piece on the Neutral AH. If you happen to see the vendor pick up the patttern, run it out to Everlook or Gadgetzan and make some of my gold will ya :P

I have thought up of a great way for Horde players to obtain this or any other Ally only item. It takes a bit of coordination though. What you'll want to do is have a family member or friend use an Ally toon they've made on the same server as your Hordy toon. Then the the person with the Ally toon buys the pattern. Then both the Hordy and Ally toons travel to one of the Neutral AH's. The Ally toon puts the item up for Auction for the lowest price that the auctioneer will allow (Comission you know). You then put the buyout at only 1 copper higher than that lowest bid. The second, that the Ally toon places that auction, the Hordy toon scans the plans section for that auction and buys it out, praying that no one else is quicker than you. And if they are, well, you just wash, rinse & repeat until you are sucessful. Reverse this process for recipes that are Horde only for Ally players.

I am on the Spinebreaker server and I am willing to pay good money for any patterns not currently available for purchase to the horde.

why risk loosing an item? Sell it for way over thresh hold, then sell an gery item no one would want for alot to get the money back, I have used this tatic more than once to transfer money to my ally char on the same server from my horde char with all the money...makes you wonder whos doing what when you see greys going for like 900g...lol..laterz

It's a decent Item for the level and for Alliance but the pattern in The barrens. Deviate Scale Cloak is better. If you have a skinner you almost always get 20-40 Deviate scales each WC run anyway.
