I bought the recipe off a vendor named Maritine Trambay<Fishing Supplies> for 40 Copper in the Tirisfal Glades at the small camp just down the road from the Zeppelin Tower following the signs to the Monastery and Plaguelands. This Undead vendor is at the corner where the road branches to the Monastery.

Maritine Trambay is at 65,59
and you can buy both

for 40 copper each

back in the beta of WoW (not BC), you could DE normal items, which is partly why its shows a disenchant table here.

ignore the Maritine Trambay in trisfal glades camp stuff he aint there anymore. dont know were he is now.

Who sells the recipe to cook Sliterskin Mackerel on the Alliance side?

You can still get this recipe in Tirisfal Glades Loc 65, 59 or follow the path toward the Monastory, will be the fishing supplies vendor on the left not to far from where from the sign post.

Tottbot is screwed for the alliance on this, looks like maybe u can get it in Goldshire or Thels, but not worth trying to find
