This is the only blacksmithing plans that's exclusive to horde players. You can change plans via the neutral AH, but the plans for theese can only be gained by horde players. :3

As the previous poster noted this is a Horde-only piece of armor. It is also the only piece of its type; there is no "Orcish War" armor set.

That being said this item could more or less be viewed as the "lost" leggings for the Barbaric Iron set.

From an objective point of view this is a pretty decent piece of mail armor. It provides adequate protection for the level and the strength bonus is huge.

Unfortunately the sheer cost of completing the quest for the plans scares off more than a few blacksmiths. In addition the requirement for elemental earth significantly raises the blacksmith's cost to make this item. Finally it requires mithril at a time when most smiths are hoarding their supply for other, more important quests and crafting projects.

In short this item is exceedingly rare.
