Where the hell is the safe?

It is located behind the Third Pillar from the right in Thermaplugg's room. It is on the ledge.

They are not keept in a safe but, in a small chest behinde the 3 pillar from the right. Just like the chests you finde in the boat in Ratchet
It's dark so you might not see it in the beginning but it's there..

The chest is at the back left of the room agains the wall. you cant see it from where the boss is becuase one of the pillars is hiding it

You find it a little in a box, in the back of the room.. You need the to open the box..

Kill the boss, take the note, open the box.... Done.!

Behind the last boss of the instance there is a rectangular box on one of the pillars where the bombs come out. I went with my raid and we managed to kill Thermaplugg, but unfortunately I forgot to open it. When I came back, minutes later, I couldn't open the box, so I'm sure it must be opened shortly after killing the boss and not in any circumstance (even with a full-cleared raid). Sad move there! :'(
