This is a low chance world drop, that any level 39 pala/war twink would pay ALOT of gold for. You can add clefthide leg armor to it, wich makes it far better then Scarlet Leggins. If anyone get these leggins, don't sell them for less then 80g :)

to clarify more here... these legs can drop from any mob in uldaman aswel as the elite mobs outside uldaman(shadowforge surveyors etc and the trogs etc...).

These leggins appear to be quite rare and well worth of that.

These are indeed a good choice for a 39 twink.

However if you are looking for something to match your SM armor, I reccomend Firemane Leggings.

By far these are the best 39 twink legs for either a dps warr or a retri pala. Get Nethercleft attached to these.

These are nice but a time waster. I currently have Scarlet Leggings which are 100 times easier to get than these for a gain in attack power, armor and a loss of less than 1% hit and 30hp. I just saw them for 300g on my server - no competition for my time/money.

Scarlet leggings 40 AP, 100hp, 233 armor
Vault legguards 26 AP, 130hp, 218 armor, and less than 1% hit for level 39.

Also the best possible for 49 enhancement shaman. The only other option would be the 49 green "of the bear" which is 15 stamina 15 strength. Compared to Legguards of the Vault you lose 5 agility (.25% crit at 49) and 5 hit rating to gain a mere 2 stamina, 4 ap, and a small amount of armor.

Thus for 49 shaman Legguards of the Vault is also best.

*Update for the Shaman stat change*
This item is still one of the best leg options but I believe it's now very close in value with https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=10199 of the Monkey.

For a "glass cannon" option I like https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=10199 "of the Falcon" with Nethercobra!

the agility to ap ratio seems to be pretty close to the way i weight it, with a slight edge to the ap. 2 stam vs 5 hit rating i would take the hit rating. But its close enough i am going to buy the first one i see at a reasonable price.

your forgetting that Agi = attackpower for a hunter
15 Agi which ends up being ~1% to crit and 15 attackpower

so really its

+ 0.67% to crit
2 Stam
38 armor

vs

+ 16 attackpower
+ 5 hit rating (~0.63% to hit)

Raw Attack Power is nice, but at this point its a toss up.

then consider that 2 stam ~ 4 attackpower (in pre BC itemization) and .67 % to crit is harder to come by.

Okay maybe I'm exaggerating a bit. Oh well. You get the point, there's almost a 0% chance a "WTB" or "WTS" comment is going to be successful.

Think before you post. Learn some math, and see if it is REALLY worth 15 seconds of your time to list your name/realm/faction on Thottbot to see if someone on your realm will have it. It's not. It is just spamming.

If someone on your server wants to sell an item on your server, they will put it on the AH or spam the trade channel. If someone wants to buy it, they will search the AH or spam the trade channel. the AH and trade channel are there for a reason. Use them.

For those of you who haven't figured it out these drop off any mob in Uldaman. Every mob in Uldaman excluding the bosses have around a 0.001% chance of dropping them, so farming is almost out of the question leaving luck your only alternative. Get lucky and find them in the AH, get lucky on a run but there is no set mob to farm for them end of story.

These pants are being upgraded in the next 2.3 patch to have increased AP or something like that and a i think even + hit raiting ....im hoping thats true cause ill have them on my 49 twink shaman for sure

How are these better than the Scarlet Leggings?
All added up we get

Scarlet Leggings:
- 2.86 DPS
- 100 HP

Leggings of the Vault:
- 1.86 DPS
- 130 HP
- some crit and dodge (more than 0.25% but not sure how much)
- 0.8% hit

The Scarlet has 3 sta less, but has a huge DPS advantage. The crit/dodge/hit from the Vault cannot compensate this.

(I do agree that with a leg enchantment these are probably better, for those who can afford it.)

you need to pull your head out of your ass and think...it depends on your class and your spec. Hit rating, no matter how little, can make a HUGE difference. Think about a 39 twink fury warrior...DO EEEET! uber legs especially in comparison to scarlet

Equipped my lvl 37 pala with those, fitted with cobrahide leg armor. Together with crit boosting sword (Tiger Frost blade) and various high agility gear she now crits over 19% .... wam!
