Anthion stands directly in front of the entrance to Stratholme's main entrance (i.e. the "live" side), outside the instance. You must use the Extra-Dimensional Ghost Revealer (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/item=22115) to see him.

guys i got my revealer from the chick in IF kings chambers, lol, not gnomergan no offence, but have to do the prequests fer your set (magister's, SC, LF, ect) then after compeleting that set of quests, you will recieve the revealer.

got the lightforge boots to drop on my first run through strat live! YAY! so the next thought on my mind, after all the gold i dropped to upgrade my other three pieces, is how much is the next part of the quest gonna hurt my coin purse?

Hello. I tried to find him when I was in ghost and I couldn't. Can he only be found through a
ghost revealer?

Its the extra-dimensional ghost revealer
its from the quest chain of the new armor sets. I just got the epic feralheart gloves :D and now am on this quest

Timer starts as soon as you enter the Gauntlet.
Funny... Blizzard made this for casual gamers. It took an epic'd group to get it done on time. How does blizzard expect casual gamers to accomplish this? Use Potions? I think not... those Imbued Vial potions aren't easily obtained and even with those potions you'd only be so lucky to buy them cheaply.

I suppose you could get a 4 powerful friends to help you through it, but that isn't what blizzard made the quests for... I'm thinking one hour and 15 minutes would be more realistic.

The quest he gives you is to rescue his wife from the Baron, the thing is that you only have 45 mins to save her, so you´d better get a good group going if you want to complete the quest he gives you. I can say that i tried it with a random group, we were like half way through when he executed her :S

It's part of the very long quest chain to upgrade your existing set pieces from "tier 0" (Elements, Valor, Shadowcraft, etc) to what people are calling "tier 0.5". For Horde players, this quest chain starts in Thrall's Chamber (Orgrimmar). There's a good chunk of crap to do prior to this part of the quest series but if you're looking at this Allakhazam entry it's likely you're already on the right quest.

Head to the main entrance to Stratholme (often called Living or Scarlet strat) and use your Extra-Dimensional Ghost Revealer. If you're standing right in front of the instance portals, you'll be able to see him on your minimap - he's not actually at the instance portals, he's just south of the gate.

This NPC will show up on your minimap when you use the quest item.

He is located in front of Scarlet-side Strat.
