He walks up onto the same ledge as the one where you get Minshina's skull (https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/quest=808), and you can walk up the ledge from behind. It is on a hill on the south side of the island. This way, you can take him on without having to clear the camp in front of it.

Co-ords are 67-88, a level 10 caster. Casts shrink which is a total pain in the butt!

The fight is pretty simple for the most part. As a lvl 8 rogue, i just pulled him with a thrown, then just beat him down and got the head. He does shrink you though, which can be annoying after the fight. I think the guys around him are harder to be honest lol.

Easy fight as a 70 combat rogue, make sure to have s3 mongoose maces, first sap any adds if one is nearby, sneak up on Zalazane and cheapshot him. This is where the maces come in, the mongoose effect should kick in and drastically increase your haste rating which should kick in your mace talent proc. He should be in a nice stunlock by now, if not then just kick him if he tries to cast shrink. Finally once you have enough combo points kidneyshot him and he'll still be in the stunlock. If you kept him into stunlock this entire time you just beat him without even getting hit, but if you didn't kill him in your first attack as a 70 rogue, you utterly suck and should give up on WoW and go cry yourself to sleep.

This guy can give you a "Shrink" debuff which will lower STR and STA by 2-3 for 2 mins. His hands will glow black as if he's casting Shadowbolt when he casts this, so try to interupt it if possible. Other than that and any possible adds, this guys a pushover.

But it is funny running around only half your size... :D

took down as a lvl 7 shammy... not hard! just get him alone and keep him from casting those heals
