I could not find this NPC in Shattrath, however I did obtain a quest from Lieutenant Gravelhammer in Allerian Stronghold with the same objective. I wonder if the quest has been changed? The quest name I received from him is "Thin the Flock"

The area for these mobs is north-east of the cenarion thicket. Generally the talonites wander all over, and are common, and the sorcerers are found in the little awning-like structures.

I don't know why but Faila is not giving me the quest. Anyone know if there is any prerequisite?
She just tells me "I must have made a misstep somewhere to be assigned here".

The way to get back to the whole 'Skettis' area (Veil Reskk, Shienor, and Skith) is a path up the side of the mountain starting right around 55,68.

I musta roamed the hills behind Bonechewer Ruins for an hour.

You can find the Arakkoa around 58, 24.

For the Horde side you can do the quest Olemba Seed Oil at the same time. They're little blue things on the ground all around!

You can also do the A Dandy's Best Friend or Alien Spirits quest at the same time as they drop the Arakkoa feathers you need.

Descrizione

The arakkoa have attacked us again, this time striking in the night and then using their dark magic to escape before we could charge out to meet them in numbers. They use their summoning circles to rescue their warriors from certain death but they cannot run from us if we attack their homes. Veil Reskk and Veil Shienor lie to the north and northeast.

Find these arakkoa nests and kill as many as you can.
