I did this at Lvl 70 Gnome at Kharanos location in Dun Morogh and got 75 Ironforge Reputation. Since the one at Southshore gives 250+ Alliance, I'm assuming you get faction of the location you are at. Had I known, I would have gone to Exodar for an extra bump there.

I got 3 rep lol I did it at lvl 50 and it is a lvl 70 quest

If this is a level 70 quest..why can it be obtained at level 2? I'm level 10 Night Elf. Would I be able to complete this quest solo?

they have all of the seasonal quests as lvl 70. You can get all of them except the one to kill him at loww levels.

Ok so you talk to the lady in Goldshire, she tells you of the Headless Horseman that rides thru the area every so often. Then she offers the next quest which is using buckets to put out fake fires for the fire brigade just north of the questgiver. Waiting for the horseman now = )

During Hallow's End, human orphanages have organized trips for their orphans to visit Alliance countryside villages. Those poor children would love to see a real <class> like yourself!

Why don't you visit them? You'll find orphans at Goldshire in Elwynn Forest, Kharanos in Dun Morogh and Azure Watch in Azuremyst. Speak to the children's ward, a costumed orphan matron, and she'll introduce you to the children.
