60,36 are the correct co-ords. to get there, there should be a path to the right of Sanctum of the Sun. Follow this path up and it should lead right to the guy.

The easiest way to find it is to take the road that is East of Sanctum of the Sun and follow it North. (For those with coords, the entrance is at 60,44). It runs right into the mountains where An'telas is. When you turn in the plans, the 2 NE's attack.

60, 35 is in the middle of the mountains in the ghostlands....is he in the freaking mountains because I can't find him. 60,35 in the north is in the the city. is it there?

Okay, I still searched for ages to find the route up, enter the hills where it says on the map Sanctum of the Sun, the entrance is above the M of Sanctum. I also got jumped by 2 NE raiders when I handed the quest in, I don't know if this was coincidence or scripted.

Go to about 61,42 in ghost lands, there will be a path to the north. If you look at your mini map you will see a lighter green area to the north. His coords were 60,36 for me. Hope this helps.

Descrizione

You must deliver the recovered night elf plans to An'telas for me. It is to the east, on the southern slopes of Sungraze Peak, just to the northeast of the Sanctum of the Sun.

Magister Sylastor is there conducting ongoing studies into the ley-line nexus energy for potential use in our fight against the Scourge. Have him look at these plans to shed some light on what it is that these night elves are up to.
