There's an alliance camp set up south of Azure Watch: Odesyus' Landing. Speak with the Admiral there.

There's also a cooking trainer who gives a quest.

Draenei only quest. Other alliance just start with A Small Start from the Admiral.

Draenei can also start with A Small Start, although if you complete that quest you won't be able to do this one anymore.

This is a Draenei only quest. However you can skip this quest and go right to Admiral Odesyus and pick up the quest chain at A Small Start if you're non Draenei. Not sure it works that way if you're Draenei.

Well i have a Questhelper add on and it says that it is in Bloodmyst and i go to the spot and hes not there its messed up... so where do i actully go?

For those that don't use coords here is where it is.

When you get the quest from Daelon, travel south. You'll right away come across this dirt road, just keep following that down (if you don't know where your going, your going by The Veiled Sea). Eventually you'll discover Odesyus' Landing. When I found it I was level 8, the guy in the camp was the guy you need for the quest plus there was some guy to the right of him with a quest.

Daedal won't give me this quest. I am lev 10 now and I completed the quest before this one but he never offered this quest to me.

Note that Daedal won't give you this quest if you've already picked up any quests from Odesyus's Landing before you turn in An Alternative Alternative.
