Giselda is inside the biggest house in Kil'Sorrow camp in southeastern Nagrand. You have to fight your way to her trough a corridor to the door which leads to a round chamber. In the chamber, Giselda is standing in the middle and there are 2 guards at the walls, left and right.

As a 66 warrior, I was able to pull her with ranged alone, the guards stood still. She is like the other castermobs in there, priests or so, and very easy to kill by herself.

Pair this quest up with the planting of warmaul banners and the quest for the armaments, both obtained from the lantresor of the blade.

Confirmed 70,81 is Giseldas loc and 69,76 for the entrance.

Giselda transforms itself at 70% health and the transformation hits harder, however she will not transform herself if when she reaches that health she is stunned, so stun her before reaching 70% for an even easier kill! ;-)

i easily soloed this as a lvl 65 bm hunter she never transformed for me so it was a easy kill and the other 15 you have to kill can be done in like 5-10 minutes so all and all it was about 15 minutes in and out

71-82 inside the big building is Giselda the crone.
everyone that is not her is and agent. the deathsworn and all the others are the agents. and NONE are called Agents

Make sure you knock out Diplomatic Measures first. It will lead to two more quests: Armaments for Deception, and Ruthless Cunning which can be done at the same time.

I'm 64, and I got both the bulletin board quests, too.

You can also find the agents in the giant crystal thing by where you kill the voidspawns you have to kill for the Matters of Security quest in Oshu'gun.

Go in the Cave, watch out there are big demons in there but there are plenty of agents in there.. found it by accident

I didn't even see the quest but Warden Bullrok was putting up the poster while I was standing nearby. All that hammering got my attention. At level 65 got the quest.

Known to congregate at Kil'sorrow Fortress in southeastern Nagrand, near the border of Terokkar.

Large gold reward to be dispensed by Warden Bullrok at Garadar to anyone able to bring Giselda to justice.
